Buyer Must Know
PURCHASE GUIDELINE
A) Choose a product
Select your loved product and SMS or EMAIL me (Your name, contact number, delivery address, item, colour and quantity)
B) Order processing
We'll try to precoess your order as sson as possible. Order processing including : checking on your recipient's details, whether it is complete and checking on stock availability.
C) Payment
After the order processed, please make payment accoridng to the amount stated in the orde + transportation fees.
After payment made, please try to inform us as soon as possible. Please stated clearly your transaction's bank, transaction's amount, payment method and transaction.
Keep your bank transaction slip for reference. Any order older than 3 days which we had not yet received payment will be canceled automatically.
D) Delivery
After receiving payment, we will arrange the delivery as soon as possible. We will inform you after we send out your goods.
F) Confirmation on picking
Kindly infrom us after receiving your goods. Any comment, opinion or suggestions are welcome. Thanks

DELIVERY
For On-Stock items, we can delivery the item after received the payment within 7 working days.
For Pre-Order stock items will only imported from oversea after you order with us (may take around 5 - 6 weeks time). Kindly be patiet. Below is the transportation fees:-
West Malaysia : RM8
East Malaysia : RM12
RETURN POLICIES
All the product has been checked and verified before sending out. Therefore we do not accept any return in damage. We apologize if any inconveniences caused.
